Student Org Locker Application

Read Carefully 
The locker combination code will be provided to Student Officers (President, Vice President and Treasurer) who are officially listed on the HuskiesConnect roster. 
Items such as: Perishable food, Alcohols, Illegal/ Controlled substances are not allowed to store in the lockers. 
Only one locker will be assigned to a Club due to limited number of lockers. If a club requires additional locker, an email explaining the intent of use should be submitted to Assistant Director of Student Organization Sami Bosacki (slbosacki@stcloudstate.edu) 
Any items found in the locker that violates University Policy will be confiscated. Furthermore, the group will lose the locker and be reported to the office of Student Life and Development/ Student Conduct. 
Lockers are checked annually for appropriate use and may be checked more often as circumstances deem necessary.
