Esports Arena Launch Event

Event Summary

Join us for the official launch of our on campus esports arena in the basement of Atwood! Learn more about the growing esports imitative on campus and connect with other esports communities on campus! Our campus communities involved with esports will be hosting booths to field interest in engaging with esports. We'll have a short open house for a meet and greet, followed by opening statements by President Wacker, and an esports presentation to showcase the exciting strategies we are implementing to grow esports on campus! Additionally, we'll be raffling off prizes to those in attendance: additional raffle tickets will go to those attending our Road to Launch events during the month of March (which can be located on Huskies Connect).

Event Details: 

• The event will be Monday, April 3rd from 2:30 to 4:00 PM in the Esports Arena in Atwood. 
• Raffle drawing will be at 3:45 pm CST : Prizes such as SCSU apparel or equipment will be raffled to event entrants 
• EVERYONE is invited; esports or interested folks!
• Free food and small gear available!
• Folks attending any of our Road to the Arena Launch events will be entered into a raffle to potentially win one of three custom St. Cloud State Esports jerseys during our Official Esports Arena Launch event on April 3rd; raffle winners must be attending in-person during the Official Esports Arena Launch event to receive the prize
